This session will focus on working together to improve race equity across our service. You’ll contribute to a workshop exploring how we can move beyond simply fulfilling minimum requirements towards leading practice.

The core of the session explores how Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion information can be used to help drive real change at a local and national level. Participants will gain knowledge, hear about how to better understand and address differences in who accesses the service and what their experiences are.

You'll hear from local colleagues about how data and insights have been used to make a positive difference to client experiences, and from national colleagues about the tools available to help you develop tailored actions for your own local contexts.
